We’ve asked Joanna for her best advice on how to achieve glowing, radiant and flawless skin. She’s delivered some amazing, easy-to-follow tips that will help get you started on your glamorous, glowing look.
- If you’re going for a pro-finish look, use a primer that also offers color correction. In one easy step you’ll even skin tone, erase flaws and prep skin for a long-lasting, flawless application. I like the Physicians Formula® Mineral Wear® Talc-Free Mineral Correcting Primer SPF 15 because it has sun protection and pearlescence to help boost skin’s natural glow.
- Concealer is a must for a flawless look. Be sure to cover all dark areas and imperfections. Don’t forget to conceal even the redness around your nose, and the corners of your mouth.
- Radiant skin starts with a tinted moisturizer or light foundation that will even out skin tone but still let skin look fresh. Don’t use anything too heavy, matte or glittery. Go for a luminous, always-in-style, chic look.
- To create a sunkissed glow, use a bronzer and a blush. Pick a shimmer or matte bronzer, but be careful where you place it. With a matte bronzer, use the “3” shape, starting at the forehead, sweeping under the cheek bone and under the jaw. With a luminous bronzer, use it on the cheek bone, bridge of nose, and brow bone to create a glow where the sun would hit the face naturally. Add a rosy or natural tone shimmery blush to the cheeks for the perfect radiant glow.
- To make eyes more defined, glowing and glamorous, use Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Eye Enhancing Gel CreamLiners. These amazing liners, designed by eye color, can be used along the lash line, inside the rim of the eyes and even sheered out on the eye lid as an eye shadow. Each comes with 3 shades, black plus 2 eye enhancing shades for a full range of looks. The wear is 24 hours and the finish is gorgeous!
- For lips, use a light shimmery gloss. It will make your lips look plumper and more voluptuous. Put a touch of highlighter right above the center of your top lip for added fullness.
